Our Butyl Rubber Sealant has excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates. Once cured, it takes on durable plastic qualities with “self-healing” behavior. It’s also UV and weather resistant, plus non-corrosive to metals, making it an ideal solution for sealing joints with low movements.

One-component plastic and durable mastic based on polyisobutylene. In contact with air, the butyl mastic forms a smooth skin, but remains permanently plastic underneath.
